1. 対象アプリ
本ポリシーは、Google Cloud プロジェクト「rclone」の OAuth クライアント（デスクトップアプリ）に適用されます。本アプリは、ebukuro studio が自社のゲームのビルドファイルを自社の Google ドライブにアップロードし、共有リンクを作成するためだけに使用する社内ツールであり、一般には提供していません。
2. 利用するスコープ
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive（Google ドライブ全体へのアクセス）。ただし実際には、ビルド保管用フォルダ内のファイルの作成、一覧取得、共有リンクの作成、削除にのみ使用します。
3. データの取り扱い
- Google ドライブのデータは、利用者自身の Google アカウントとの間でのみ送受信します。
- 取得したデータを第三者に提供・販売することはなく、広告目的に使用せず、AI・機械学習モデルの学習にも使用しません。
- 認証トークンは運営者の作業用コンピュータにのみ保存し、外部のサーバーには保存しません。
4. Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシーへの準拠
本アプリが Google API から受け取った情報の使用および他のアプリへの転送は、Google API サービスのユーザーデータに関するポリシー（限定使用の要件を含む）に従います。本アプリは、上記の目的に必要な範囲でのみデータを使用し、人がデータを閲覧するのは利用者自身の操作による場合、セキュリティ上の目的、または法令遵守のために必要な場合に限ります。
5. アクセス権の取り消し
Google アカウントの「サードパーティ製のアプリとサービス」から、いつでも本アプリのアクセス権を取り消すことができます。

rclone (internal tool) Privacy Policy

1. Application
This policy covers the OAuth client (desktop app) of the Google Cloud project "rclone". It is an internal tool used only by ebukuro studio to upload its own game builds to its own Google Drive and create share links. It is not offered to the public.
2. Scope
https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive (full Google Drive access). In practice it is used only to create, list, create links for, and delete files in the build storage folder.
3. Data handling
- Drive data is exchanged only with the user's own Google account.
- Data is not provided to third parties, not sold, not used for advertising, and not used to train AI/ML models.
- Authorization tokens are stored only on the operator's work computer, not on any external server.
4. Google API Services User Data Policy
The app's use and transfer to any other app of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. Data is used only as needed for the purpose above, and humans read the data only at the user's own direction, for security purposes, or to comply with applicable law.
5. Revoking access
You can revoke the app's access at any time under "Third-party apps & services" in your Google Account.
